Penfield DynamicsMake the model move.
Penfield Dynamics is the simulation engine of the ecosystem. It runs computational experiments on Penfield brain models: activity over time, not anatomy in stills.
Simulations are computational experiments: bounded, assumption-labelled and honest about what they are. Full human-brain simulation does not currently exist. Dynamics is built toward it.

with conditions.
Every run carries the model version, parameters and assumptions that produced it. Results mean something only when their conditions travel with them.
- 01Model provenance attached to every run
- 02Assumptions logged with results
- 03Confidence shown, not hidden
- 04Outputs comparable against real recordings
Planned capabilities
- 01Regional and population-level dynamics
- 02Simulated EEG and fMRI readouts
- 03Network propagation and state transitions
- 04Batch experiments and parameter sweeps
- 05Validation against recorded signals
- 06Direct input from Penfield Model and Response

One system
Every Penfield product sits on the same path: measurement in, intervention out. Penfield Dynamics is one part of it.
